Solving Technical Issues
The CJT staff provides friendly and knowledgeable customer support and training via remote access. Furthermore, in the event that an issue cannot be resolved remotely, CJT will send a representative to your court to tackle the issue at no cost. Equally important, and as a general rule, most issues can be resolved the same business day.
Also, if you have a general question or your issue is not time sensitive, you may submit a help desk ticket directly from the case management platform. It is really simple, just access the Widget located at the lower right corner of your case management software screen.
CJT is open to customizing a number of documents to suit your court’s needs. That being said, we are committed to getting your project done in a reasonable time-frame, and usually, at no additional cost.
