Solving Technical Issues
The CJT staff provides support and training via remote access and generally, we resolve the issue the same business day. In the event that an issue cannot be resolved remotely, CJT will send a representative to your court to resolve the issue at no cost.
If you have a general question or your issue is not time sensitive, you may submit a help ticket directly from the case management platform through the Widget located at the lower right corner of your screen.
CJT is open to customizing a number of documents to suit your court’s needs. We are committed to getting your project done in a reasonable time-frame, and usually, at no additional cost.
