Are users limited?
Absolutely not! The more the merrier.
What are the hardware requirements for the court?
Simply a computer and high-speed internet connection.
Does software have to be installed?
No way! This is a web-based program and can be accessed anytime, anywhere there is an internet connection.
Do you offer customization?
Yes, if you have specific reports or documents that you use, in most cases we can incorporate those in your program.
Does it cost extra for training and technical support?
No, not at all. Some things in life are free. Any additional training, technical support either by training videos, remote dial-in, phone or in person is performed at no cost to the court. Don’t worry we won’t leave you hanging.
What happens if a new law is passed requiring a change to my program?
Updates resulting in law changes are included in your original pricing and will be done free of charge. This is a standard service to our courts.
